Shipping & Delivery Policy

PROCESSING

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days pending availability and credit card verification. Business days are Monday to Friday and does not include holidays and weekends. If an order is placed on the weekend, it will be processed the next business day. Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the shipping carrier and tracking number. Because we are a small business with limited quantities, occasionally we may sell out of an item, we will notify you via email or Whatsapp messenger if this happens.

 

DOMESTIC/LOCAL SHIPPING

We offer next day delivery. If you need an outfit the same day, please send a Whatsapp message to us 876-372-1003 before noon. Please note that this offer can only be honoured by direct deposit to our NCB bank account. Customers doing bank transfer will not be eligible for this offer as we need the confirmation from the bank before delivery can be honoured. Please send us a WhatsApp message if you need further information.

In-store pick up (Free)

Kingston and corporate area $500

IslandWide Tara courier services $1,300

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

With DHL based on the weight, All prices on our site are in Jamaican dollars or in US dollars. You can choose the currency you would like to pay. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

We cannot predict what your particular duties, taxes, cutoffs fees may be. We are not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties

For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.

Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped. If for any reason your item is not deliverable and is returned to the store you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee and 15% restocking fee.). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped, there will be an additional shipping and handling fee.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.

We as merchants are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.
